Bit like when you used to chase a young lady around the arena of Spiders of a Saturday evening and then, when said conquest was assured, in a rare moment of clarity, one realised afore mentioned young lady had a fizzog like Mark Broadhurst (rugby link that innit, still on topic) and decided you no longer wished to pursue said conquest.

On more than one occasion (actually, I think it was twice) I had to get out of the taxi on the way to said lady's student house as I was too terrified to "take the matter further", unfortunately, on one occasion, the taxi had not, as I thought, stopped at the lights. Bouncing down Cottingham Road at one forty five in the morning of a chill December evening is not to be recommended.

Murdered Ms. pmh at arcade basket ball in Hunstanton (don't go, think Brid, but worse. Not quite Withernsea, but you get the gist.) won about a gazillion tickets. This qualified me for some sort of rat faced troll rip off that had been made in a Chinese sweat shop out of rusty nails and Mao Zedong's granny's pubic beard. I gave my tickets to a woman with a small child, on reflection, I'm not sure that was a nice thing to do.

the classic ticketed prizing structure where the s*** prizes are terrible and the 'decent' prizes take 100+ wins at 20p a go, You would have to spend £20 and win every game to take home a remote(the wired type) controlled car with a £5.99 b&m sticker on it.

No, that's 5 years in a row IIRC for late accounts. Late filing of annual returns is a separate transgression.
