Quite odd that supporters wouldn't want to help their club out.

Why is anyone, particularly our bean counting friend, surprised that a business would try to increase revenues?

I'm not surprised. People raving about "savings" for themselves have clearly not looked at their cash outlay this year vs last, that's all.



Roving Far and Wide is good value. Does anyone know how long after each game the DVD will be sent out?

I suppose we could have made a coach and six backroom staff redundant over christmas, been forced to change gyms or sold shirts that go from black to grey after one wash.

I've had the virtual season pass for the last couple of years and it has varied between pretty prompt (about a week) and 'they've forgotten, haven't they?' and having to send an e-mail reminder. Mostly the former, 3 or 4 times over the two years the latter.

Having read further down on the Bradford page, it is indeed Teamcard so I concede the point.

How do you add your teamcard to your play account and other websites? I cannot seem to do this. Im sure its very simple but no luck so far

I new it was simple, but i thought you could just go on play for example and not have to go through teamcard

sphericals......I've [i"helped"[/i the club out for the last 6 years...2 x passes...ridiculous amount of (overpriced) merchandise...bar spending...vocal support on the terrace to the point of being hysterical (on occasions).

I do not want a teamcard Club Rovers at £60...I just want to buy my season pass and not be treat like a 2nd class supporter....

I used to get a discount if I bought an early pass
But that discount now costs £60, you can kiss my *ss

I used to get that aswell !! so it don't take away the hurt

I will not see the benefits of this new fandangled card
Unless I spend MORE money, but I can't cos times are hard

Upto 48 hours... although bradfords teamcard point are instant.

Cheers! I do quite a lot of my shopping over the internet so if all I have to do is go through team card to help Rovers I will do, I do understand though that internet shopping is not everyones cup of tea.

However, you took my post out of context. I don't criticise anyone for coming to the decision that Club Rovers is not for them or not cost effective for them.
My point is that our friends across the River are attempting to make capital out of the fact that people will make additional purchases from which Rovers will profit. Well, golly gosh! Who'd have thought you could accidentally put money into your club? Scandalous.
I somehow doubt that anyone is going to go out and buy that Dell laptop if they weren't already wanting one. [size=50I seriously doubt that anyone wants one.[/size But anyone who does is going to see it as a plus that the club will take a cut.
For me personally, the Roving Far and Wide option makes good sense. Your situation may be different and I fully respect that.
