The arrogance of some rovers fans means the fall from grace next season is going to be very painful.

He was asked by a fan as to how many points we waned to finish above Rovers. James Rule answered, i'm sure the fans wont care how many points it is as long as we do.

Thats not him saying he wants to finish above Rovers is it!!

The rovers fans on here need to worry about strengthening their squad first before sprouting off about being out of reach of us, if you went with what you've got now you'd struggle to make the play offs.

Im not getting into the league table debate again, one thing that is for sure is that it doesnt always say who the best team is!!

Your academies should be winning everything seeing as they are never promoted to the 1st team.

Really? In the 2 years that we have had an Academy, Liam Watts and Scott Taylor have appeared in our first team whilst both still eligable for under 18s rugby.
In the same period how many players still eligable for under 18s rugby have appeared for your first team?

In the last 2 years, Tom Briscoe, maybe Mike Burnett?
We were fortunate to have a really good batch of players aged 18-20 in the 21s who we've luckily been able to call upon.

Theres 5 or 6 of them that wouldnt and shouldnt have been playing as much 1st grade rugby as they did but needs must.

So where do they play most of their rugby? Give me a break.

FCIMP has a very good point RBA. I reckon you had a pretty settled squad throughout the grades last season so you should have performed more consistantly.

Did taylor ever play academy last season out of interest?

Thought Hodgson was older, he is 22 now isnt he?

Hodgson didnt play first team whilst still eligable for the under 18s. Dont think Burnett did either but could be wrong.
Hodgson is 19.

Yet he played under 18s for you last year. Interesting. Did you play another ineligable player or do the RFL use school years as the criteria for eligability, therefore he would be available for under 20s next season.
