I agree that the merchandise is not as good as it could be. Perhaps we should all e-mail the club to express this directly? I suspect that we are being let down by KooGa, any company who sends out pink shirts and thinks they'll be acceptable is either daft or assumes it's customers are.

good point i think if we could get adidas the stuff would fly out of the door then you would also get a new breed of kr fans who call themselfs CHAVS if we could get adidas what would they gain out of hull kr im sure other clubs have been on the case i think we would have more chance of getting nike then adidas

FC's merchandise operation is excellent. Great ranges which are constantly being updated, v good quality and the online delivery service is 2 working days max in my experience. One area of the club that's delivering, at least.

TBH your merchandise isnt bad at all. you have things fc dont and we have things you dont even though the majority of each clubs products are made by the same company. You have to remember your still new to top flight rugby (no offence) so it will take you a few years to get up to scratch with your merchandise. we were very poor at boulevard but now were fab so just give it some time

It was a Blanchard idea which I thought would be good, but the club clearly thought they could make more money selling the stuff themselves.

I know it was Blanchards idea, there was an agreement to get roughly 5k's worth of stock in there......just wondered if it had ever materialised.

Obviously not then, shame I reckon as there was 5k of stock just sat waiting.

It's a bit of a risk putting official gear in other shops. At best it can increase your sales tenfold at worse it can take sales off you.

Personally I thought it was a cracking idea when you consider the footfall at Asda, but the club obviously felt they could make at least the same money keeping the goods 'in house'. Having said that I visit Asda bilton once every 5 years, so it might even have happened, although I've not heard anything.

I think it is lovely, I would pay 200k for that, but proabably just put a 2k deposit down for now until I can afford the rest

Here's an idea to help you out. You seem to be a popular chap. Get 6,000 friends to pay you £200 each up front in July for something they won't get until February 2010. Then you can buy the top and have money left over to share with your Australian buddies.

I personally believe a lot is down to the supplier.
I consider ISC to be far better quality then some of isht Kooga puts on the shelves, its all a bit generic, the shirts are pretty good this year (barring the pinkgate incident) but the normal merchadise its poor.
