This is one big test for Morgan to stand up and make good no more excuses just deliver and in regards to early on in season so what start as you mean to go on with a winning attitude.

it took us a good 9 -10 games to get going last year ,i cant see it been any different this year.
as long as were there come the buisness end of the season thats all that matters.
ill have £20 with you right now we finish in the top 6 as long as morgs remains in charge.
lets not over react to the defeat ,
morgan is not a bad coach and the squad he's assembled is not a bad squad .
things will come together but we need to have a bit of faith in the set up and tactics he runs with.

Very disappointed with tonights score, we should be winning these games. Morgan has taken us as far as he can imo.

We started last season pretty badly too, I think Morgan knows that we need to peak at the right time of the season and that is not in March. Nothing is won or even lost at this stage, of course its a poor result but I am still confident we'll make the playoffs this season with relative ease.

I'm as disappointed as every other Rovers' fan but everyone needs to digest that the salary cap has now reached a point where if you don't turn up, then you'll get beat - end of.

And whilst I don't rate McRea as a coach as such, he makes some quality signings and Patten is proving to be a real gem let alone Holdsworth who was Rovers' first choice for 6 ahead of Finch and Green.

What chance do you give us against HUDD - SH - LEEDS- WIGAN - FC This is a pro game not Sunday league winning make £ and bigger support losing loses £ and support thats the hard facts.

I agree with not peaking too soon, and nothing is won in March, but we are playing badly and losing games we shouldn't be, that is the worry.

I don't feel very confident about our next few games, hope im wrong though.

No more whipping boys, that is correct due to the salary cap, but when it comes to scraping into the playoffs, you need to win against the likes of Salford to keep the points ticking over, when you stumble against the likes of Saints, Wigan, Leeds away etc.

We'll beat Hudds, Saints, Leeds and Hull.

Hudds will be close though.

I'm not so sure about Wigan.

On what do you base that on last years and this years performance I would like to know...Am I missing something or is there a master plan to lull the other teams into thinking we are so bad we are an easy win, which then turns out to be true in fact.

Should it take 9 - 10 games to get going every season,it doesn't take wigan,warrington,hudds that long.Bury your head in the sand,but we have won 3 out the last 10 games 2 against hull who have just lost at home to wakey and crusaders,hardly good form is it.I could accept losing if we were blooding youngsters like taylor and bell because the established players switching positions isn't working,but youngstersare a last resort with our coach,the british players in our squad are window dressing to comply with the rules no more,no less.How will we ever find out if these kids are good enough if they dont get a chance.As for not talking to the press he like's the limelight when it suits,a real man would have come out and said he was going to sort it out,but he probably know's he cant.Can you really see us beating hudds,saints,leeds or wigan because i cant and it hurts,pity the coach and players dont seem to feel like that.

I hope for your sakes that Mason calls it a day at the end of the season. He's a spent force... but his name alone must act as some kind of motivation for any young forward. Our 2 young lads who had never played at this level before looked very capable tonight, and it must be a real perk to come up against a name like Mason.

To be honest... Mason was bossed all over the park by anybody that came up against him tonight. Salford played a more expansive game... the sort we haven't seen for a good while at The Willows... perhaps because we were forced to play that way due to the shortage of forwards.

The first 10 minutes of the 2nd half... I thought you had us... we stepped up another notch tonight at that point and ran away with it.

I think you just came up against a City Reds side who wanted to play Rugby League tonight... and we played it well.
