Union halfbacks can be a little like marmite, but if you can find us another Dave Bishop, I would be a happy Robin.

Bishop was never a scrum half as long as he has a hole in his ar5e. At best he was a loose forward.

Saw the brief interview with TS, he still wants another prop, an experienced halfback, a left centre and he says that the two wingers (Sio and JM) still aren't sorted so youngsters might get a chance, I'm wondering if we're gonna go into the season with a small squad and hold some cap back for the 8's, the problem with that is how small a squad can you go with, even with the extra players that TS mentions well still be a skeleton crew lol

It says on the Serious About Rugby website that Sky are to show "selected" championship matches in 2017.
No games have been selected as yet and what day they are to be played isn't decided either.
So any plans for Sunday away days are back on hold until sky deem to inform us when they would like us to play.

Amazing end to the season when you think about it. campese's DG hitting the post, brough's DG that never was, the disallowed try against hudds then a total capitulation from a winning position in the last 2 minutes of the salford game and a 50m DG from someone who had never kicked one before to relegate them. For you FC lover's of schadenfreude, which I have to admit I am a huge fan, it's worse than that.

We spent a total of one week at the bottom of SL in ten years, finished above Huddersfield in the regular season and above Salford in't rubbish eight's.
