The roads you speak of are in no state to handle the amount of traffic that this 'demand' you all talk about would generate. There would need to be major infrastructure changes that are not possible, because of the proximity of WHH and the housing estate nearby. Sorry, but it's not as simple as just connecting a few residential roads.
Why would anybody go through this process when a hotel could be built in a better location? Or at the Siemens plant itself.

Its not out of the question that someone would want to build a hotel at CP for the Siemens development. This would in fact mean they have done the relevant due diligence before applying for funding.

With regards to the road infrastructure, how much traffic do you think there will be for a hotel? The road would probably be just for access to the hotel and gym facilities.

Remind us all what your experience in hotels, road infrastructure and general business skills are. If you do in fact have any, then people may take your opinions seriously. If not then you are just a poor troll who should just do one!

Why would I feel the need to state my credentials for having an opinion? Nobody else has to and it's a pretty stupid thing to say given 99.9% (at least) of posters on these forums have never played professional RL yet pass comment on it daily.

Surely it wouldn't be a deciding factor? I'm not secretly hoping that nothing happens, the people that know me personally on here know i'm married into a R&W family so have no real ill will towards KR. Not to mention that i'm quite content with my own club and don't have the insecurities that lead some to want Rovers banished from the face of the earth.
I just don't see the demand for a hotel that others seem to.
