Near Saltaire
Odsal's like a home game for me
IMAX cinema at the National Media Museum
Starbucks upstairs at the very lovely Waterstones in the old Wool Exchange building
Some excellent curry houses
Andy Lynch

Being near somewhere good can't be classed as anything other than high lighting how rubbish it is itself.
IMAX is good, but once you've done it that's it really as there's not any good films in the format.
Starbuck's is my least favourite of the coffee chain, Nero all the way.
I've got an excellent curry house in my village, I can walk there. It is admittedly not as good as some of the Bradfordian ones.
Odsal's pretty near for me too, but I always get the weather wrong. The worst time being when I arrived and parked in blazing sun shine so left my water proof in the car. A monsoon ensued. Liked that sentence.

We got lost round Bradford the other year on our way to Leeds Airport (I was navigator), hubby was going really red at the time I think his head was swelling. Went down a street there was some lovely gardens, very colourful affairs.

Doing the big shop makes me feel grown up & mature.



I find I worry a lot more since I've had kids & I'm more concerened about the future than I ever was before. It's tricky because you want to protect them from all the bad stuff in the world but you need to let them be able to cope with the same type of stuff aswell.
Mine are only 6 & 4 so I've a long way to go yet, but I try to be a good parent by being open & honest with them as much as possible.

Its a really nice place when you get to know it,the city park thats nearly finished will be amazing !

Wasn't knocking BraTford, just the ugly women* that frequent the place.

'tis true. I have a Bradford postcode and Sandra frequents Huddersfield. Reet classy bird, him. Apart from preferring Costa to Starbucks. Nero, fair enough, but Costa? Lucky if the drink's slightly hotter than lukewarm. Nice chocolate twists though.

The new Costa that opened on King Edward St in 'ull is unusually good!

I like the Tiffin's.

The new Mosque they're building is rather large, isn't it, Bigger than the Alhambra theatre.
