You asked a question and like I said IIRC I answered it.

The Link Road does not need to come all the way to Preston Road it just needs to come to the south stand car park, there is already a route to the Willerby Caravans Offices this just needs extending to the area next to the footpath from Marfleet to the ground. You then split the traffic problem by using Preston Road for existing access and Marfleet for the South Stand access.

My point is that poorhouse lane skirts the car park anyway and there is or was a way onto Hedon road.

SL away supporters;
Enterprise hub visitors;
Conference delegates;
Wedding and other celebration guests;
HKR sponsors and visitors;

It's impossible to have a meaningful discussion about any potential south stand development until the plans are in the public domain. I'm sure any commercial partners will assess feasibility to their own satisfaction.
If it comes off, I'd expect Rovers fans to be very pleased - but we've seen with the North stand that nothing should be taken for granted too soon.

I'm not against it, it has no effect on me whatsoever. I think the idea is daft and no sensible argument has been put forward to challenge that opinion.
The problem lies in that I support FC, so I'm instantly seen as purposefully being negative towards anything Rovers may or may not do, and that's simply not the case.

It is an assembly point. The parts are mainly manufactured at other sites
and delivered to Hull.

Support vessels will then transport them from Hull to the wind farm locations in the North sea.

So, who's going to pay for all this infrastructure then? Rovers? No. So then you're asking somebody else (probably the government) to fund it just to suit Rovers. If there is such demand wouldn't it be simpler to build accommodation on site or somebody to build one actually on Hedon Road were infrastructure changes would be a lot less?

I believe F90 has explained quite eloquently in one of his above posts, the reasons why Seimens support workers would stay in the Hotel.
Surely you understand that a Hotel is not always dependant just on holidaymakers etc for its business, many of them also concentrate quite heavily on the corporate side.
Quite recently i had to stay in a Hotel in Slough which was miles away from any populated area, in fact it was in the middle of an industrial estate and quite franky a horible sh..thole of an area to be staying, no pubs or cafes, just offices and factory units for miles.
However, the Hotel was full of guests,(mostly business i would say) and according to the staff, was nearly always the case.
