Why has this gone public? Because Rovers wanted it to, these things should be kept private. Every coach has a whinge about a ref in the aftermath of a game, it's to be expected, but this is completely different and is akin to mud slinging.

There's so little to the article that I'd doubt anything has been leaked in any official capacity. Any articile that contains 'the mail understands' should be treated with caution in any event. The whole article is full of filler because they don't have a clue to any inside information. Just what they've heard through idle gossip and built a report around it.

FWIW - the report actually states that we've lodged an official complaint in the last few weeks. That's how official we've leaked the info to them, they don't even know when this complaint was done. They also understand that this is our second complaint about Thaler, obviously not aware of that one either - until now. The article is then mainly filled with the Catalan aftermath, completed with the RFL statement. It's a nothing article, with no substance. Anyone can see that.
