The toilet is not in that picture, that's not my bathroom. It is my flooring and sink unit, I've a similar laundry basket and the walls are magnolia, too. You could say we copied the bathroom from the brochure.

We considered tile effect but decided the shiny spick wood looked immense.

dum-dum, I raved on the waltzers all night & you never came. Not all bad though, I got grabbed by Jimmy John, he offered me job & a place to stay while we're on the road. Mr Baldhead isn't too pleased but he'll soon come round when he realises how much money we will save not having to pay for any of the rides for the kids.

I didn't get to fair, held up at Great Grannies and it ended up past Eve's bath time so we just went home. We're going tomorrow night now, hopefully.

If she's a fan it will be worth it. Not as good as the original (when is a sequel ever?). How expensive is the cinema these days? I took my wife & our daughter, pre-booked online and it cost £24!

And then you have the overpriced food&drink, they con you for an extra 30p for an extremely large drink rather than the extortionate amount for a normal sized drink.

We usually stop off at Asda on the way through.

The nephew has taken in a couple of stray/lost kittens. We are trying to find the owners in case they have just got out and got lost. If we can't find the owners there'll be a couple of friendly kittens up for adoption.

See that's where we will have to differ. Atkinson was the leading light on Not The Nine O'Clock News when I was a kid. He became a national hero through his work as Blackadder, then decided to blow it all as a half-assed buffoon in a small car. I hated Mr Bean.

I had a look at my mums house (she also has laminate in the bathroom) and the people that installed it have done the whole floor [ithen[/i fitted fixtures on top leaving no gap to fill, obviously easy if your changing the full suite, not so easy if your just changing the flooring.

Before I bought a house I developed a whole load of decorating pet hates whilst rewiring council houses in and around Hull, tiles upstairs was a main one, bathrooms are usually above a kitchen for waste stack reasons and a kitchen has a lot of power drops which require access under the floor, made the job extremely difficult trying to fish cables from a landing.

At my sisters party last night I was talking to a friend of hers that she was at University with, I haven't seen him for about seventeen years, in fact, I couldn't remember meeting him.

He was really boring, but on his own so you chat along. Anyway, people moved around and about an hour and a half later he started talking to me again. The, completely out of the blue, he pinched and twisted a bit of skin on my chest. It quite smarted. I didn't know what to do, I really felt like lamping him, but that's not really acceptable at a family do, so I just said, "You're weird, I think I'll move", and moved on.

What on earth was that about?
