Just to clarify - is your point that: the new stand being built in this position will mean that the position of the pitch is off-centre relative to the new stand. To move it to centre would mean moving it towards the RM stand, and therefore mean that some parts of the pitch closest to the RM stand will be out of view when sitting in some seats?

Clear as a bell to me, from the start I have said "either the build is wrong or the plans released to the public are wrong"

One of them has to be wrong for the pitch to be off centre.

Not really seeing as they are in relation to the actual build and the markings on the grass are a seperate issue and not top of the list of checks made.
The plans only need to concern themselves with the actual work taking place and that the build matches those plans (Which they do

).
What happens on the grass is down solely to HKR not H&P or the person making the drawings.
The fact you cannot grasp this basic idea is no ones problem but your own.
