I don't actually think they are connected but the new construction reminded me about the artwork coming to CP which was why I mentioned it.
It is new to CP so is inkeeping with the thread about building works.

I'd imagine they will place the pond within the grounds to limit vandalism.

Could be, but then one would assume you would see channels and chases ready for the cables, I don't see that.

And TBH if we as a group (Not just HKR) are paying over £8M and the generator is being built off Site(Of the North stand) then someone wants shooting IMHO.

If you look at it correctly it has two walls chest high at the back and adjacent to the RM stand, these walls are finished at either end and have capping work in the iside face, the other two walls are actually the same height as the square structure in the middle with a gap at the front and side to allow access. When the paving stones are added and the walkway upto it the shorter walls will only be one or two bricks above floor height, this looks like it will be a display area to me and the Everthorpe garden would fit in there in some shape or form.

Nah the view was far too flat to the ground and with the boards being there now you would see bugger all.

I cant see it being to long as I can't imagine there is much more ground to clear.
Like I said I did see what I belived to be a septic tank at pitch side about a week ago which has now vanished so I would imagine that has already gone in.

With all that said I did look in on the salford and Saints webcams now and again and once the build starts it will get thrown up if they are anything to go by, it is the final finish, sparkies and snagging that takes the most time.

Don't blame the sparkies, we can't fix sockets without walls nor lights without ceilings.

I know but in comparision to the 'big' work yours takes longer due to what is involved is all.
I did mention the 'final finish' which includes plaster walls and celings.

To be fair, we're usually first in and last out but aren't there for the duration. Our actual time on site in relation to others is quite possibly minimal.
