The reason the passes are delayed is because Neil's waiting for Mike to turn up to type the minutes of the board meeting up.

Unfortunately Mike has locked himself in the toilet, the lock fell off trapping him. This is principally because Mike forgot to renew the caretakers contract. This happened, you guessed it, because as he was typing that up, the ribbon on his old Remington snapped and by the time he'd got another one he'd forgotten what he was doing.

i don't see the need for the big rush in obtaining a pass which can't be used until next year. as for people on a budget, stick a few quid away if you know you are looking to buy one.
