Of course Rovers are trying to help certain individuals make it and aid their development. Hence why the likes of Jordan Cox (under 18s) have been training full time and playing under 20s.
Our under 18's have been quality this season, several 'elite' prospects in there as you say, most of them still eligible to play under 18's next time out too. |

All I am saying is that Hull seem to identify 4/5 players and build a team around them compared to Rovers who assemble really strong squads. |
