I think you lot are getting a bit carried away.

Any honest fans will recognise that Les Catalans were badly understrength with six (6) of their top class players out today. They were missing their star playmakers, their first and second choice goal kickers and several international forwards. In particular the injured players (3 Australian, 3 French) were:

Greg Bird
Thomas Bosc
Adam Mogg
Jason Ryles
Cyrille Gossard
Sebastien Raguin

Had the positions been reversed, and Hull KR were without Mick Dobson, Paul Cooke, Mick Vella, Jake Webster, and two other regular forwards, while Les Catalans were at full strength, no doubt that the scoreline would have been reversed.

You can only play whats in front of you on the park. I take it you didn't attend? I can tell you that if all 6 (six) of them had played Rovers would still have won, such was their dominance.

Cheers mate, but if you are bored stiff one day, have a read of the threads in regards to Wakeys new stadium and the crap that's flying around between both sets of fans. Their "proposed" site is about 5 miles from Cas and there's big rumours of a ground share!!!. I will miss it as well, but time to move on, plus the fact that the new plans have 5,000 standing built in, like the Halliwell Jones so the best of both worlds I suppose. So what, do we ask the RFL to postpone all games until each club has a 100% fit squad or do we gat on with the job and go out and beat who we are facing, which is what we did. We are second on MERIT, it might or might not last, but at the moment we are playing good quality rugby and winning regularly.

1) Yes they were under strength,, no one can deny that. However they have still got some good results recently, you could argue better ones then when their missing players were included. Teams tent to pull together in adversity ask Wakey (but not HUll fc)

2)Put it this way we had Walker, Cockayne, fozzard and Lovegrove (that is four, in case you can't count) missing, who WOULD have all made the team.

i agree with fozzard and lovegrove the way they have been playing but surely on form at the minute welham is ahead of walker and briscoe is ahead of cockayne
