It took quite some time to get going but when we did we took our chances and you can't be disappointed with scoring 48 points against anybody in this league.

especially since they did so well against st helens.

First time we've won 3 on the bounce and biggest win since entering SL.

rovers still havent played 100% yet and was poor at times today, celtic on the other hand should go home with there heads held high great effott and will take some scalpes this year salford will struggle.

Nice to score 48 points without playing particularly well. Be an interesting game next week.

Very impressed with Celtic's style of play, and for sure they will give teams problems. We do seem to struggle against teams that are adept at getting the offload in a tackle.

A bit unsporting of you to stop your score updates once Rovers get on top.

Celtic looked dangerous in the first half but it must have been demoralising for them going in at half time losing. Our response in the second half was exceptional and it's nice to see that we can post 40+ points on a team without leaving first gear.

I think Scott Wheeldon did more than enough to give Justin even more selection headaches. Rhys Lovegrove was outstanding and Liam Colbon was solid throughout. Can't wait to see Kris Whelam's try again, this kid is getting better and better the more he plays!

what was the problem with Briscoe today was he just being rested or was it an injury?

Justin said he'd picked up a knock near to his knee but was close to being able to play today. Should be back for the Warrington game.

I thought Celtic's defence in the first half, especially goal line defence, was very good, plus they were quite threatening with the ball in hand.

yea good to see that they made the effort to watch the game and made some noise aswel. they put up a good performance and never gave in to be honest i thought we was going to throw our solid start to the season away when they went infront but credit to the lads they came back and showed how they have changed since last season and to put allot of points on the board it nice to see aswel hopefully we can keep up the good work and beat warrington away next week

Totally agree, had a sinking feeling most of the first half but we got our act together in the 2nd.

Lovegrove just carried on where he left off last week. Took a few big hits too but just shook them off, dusted himself down and carried on, awesome. If it wasn't for Clint he'd be my MOTM!

Great game, still the best centre at the club imo.

That was quite a move leading up to our final try when Jake flicked the defender over his back. The last time I saw that was when Lote Tuqiri did it to Josh Lewsey (in that other code we don't talk about).
