Brad Murray recently had his court case dismissed.
He was an under 20s halfback of the year with a contract at Parramatta when he got caught up in the match fixing scandal (he was identified as one of the guys putting on bets for his manager).
He has been playing for Newcastle Wests while his case was before the courts - but it was thrown out a few weeks ago.
Basically he is a quality half who is unsigned and probably won't get any NRL club willing to risk the bad publicity. Same manager as Cory Paterson I think.

The good thing about signing players from Newcastle or that have played for them is we get an in depth analysis of said player from roopy so we know what to expect as he seems to be bang on every time

But if it comes to that, you'd maybe take a punt that Withers will be fit more often than not to cover 7 and 9 in 2014 and and go 6. Hall, 7. Burns and 9. Hodgson, and get in another outside back.

Withers is not an option at half back, too slow and has an erratic passing technique.
I beleive Mr Brough will be turning out for KR next season.Looking at his age, it would be his last chance and we all know he wants to turn out for KR.

Don't be so quick to disregard Seymour, obviously he has problems and you need to be sure he's 100% in that respect (which is probably what you're doing having him around the club now) but his problems started long before the crash incident. For the first half of 2012 he was good, with a couple of very good games thrown in, the home games against yourselves and Leeds and the game at Saints being stand outs.

I showed the profile of Beau Henry on this thread to Mike Smith and he didn't know who he was.
So he is either a fantastic poker player or the rumour is a mile from the truth.
Don't see why he would deny approaching a player who had knocked Rovers back.
Denials normally come if trying to ensure a deal gets over the line.

Seymour joining Hull KR would be a decent move for both player and the club. Definitely ties up with a few things that I've heard recently.

He is actually a good player that was underperforming in a (at the time) seriously underperforming team.

Under performing and badly coached team.

Seymour has some skills. At his best he was a match winner in the NRL, but you don't see his best very often.
Sandercock is a chance to bring out his best. He needs a coach who looks at the complete person and not just the footy player.
