Lovegrove would be worth another go but I doubt he'd want to come back, Paterson is a lazy waste of space who isn't willing to get stuck in, he's the last thing we need right now.

Luauki's been pretty consistently rubbish wherever he's played, perfect fit for Rovers this season, and, he's give Allgood some competition in the "Biggest Penalty Machine" category.

If Rovers sign Luauki then they can expect to see a vacant spot in the East Stand. If I wanted to watch a useless fat never had been saunter around then I would go see Johnny Vegas live. In fact, JV would be a better option, certainly from a match fitness perspective.

If it isn't and he's sacked he's been on post 2 pre seasons. At the start of his tenure we started playing some fantastic rugby. We've nose dived spectacularly since. The players led by the over seas contingent raised themselves for a cup run before being overcome by the final.

Our defence is abysmal and worsening. It's 50% of the game and we're Shi#e at it with no sign of improving.
Injuries haven't helped but they affect every club.

The squad has worsened. The work man like McCarthy replaced with Clarkson ( from average to averager), Welham and Goulding by Salter and Thornley. It takes a special effort to down grade and run down a squad to this extent.

Only Sio and Mantellato have maintained form in the whole squad. That seems down to their professionalism than good coaching.

If the rumours are correct and Chester has gone then hopefully Poching goes too. A complete fresh start is vital for whomever it is that takes over. SL survival and damage limitation has to be the priority for whoever it may be.
