If it all turns out negatively, I'm sure the man himself will want to come out and tell the truth to try and save face.

If this situation turns out negative and i hope it doesn't, then i cannot see how Mr Larvin can save face, in fact if i was him and it should turn out as such, then i would want a complete face transplant as he will be remembered for all the wrong reasons and become a laughing stock in Hull.
However, thankfully whatever the outcome i believe the club has acted in a professional manner in its dealing with the situation and hasn't made big noises or claims but instead allowed Larvin to make all the statements of his intent.

It could turn out negative but without a comment or an explanation from Mr Larvin, it could make him look ridiculous. Whereas if he came out with a statement explaining the reasons for the investment not happening, the explanation may turn out rather plausible which in turn would help him save face.

The Judge does raise a relevant point in and amongst. Mike Smith said Rovers were talking to investors (plural) in October, and Hudgell alluded to the same at the fans' forum. If the money doesn't clear tomorow, it's not necessarily a bad thing, who's to say one of the others hasn't got £16m to bring to the table? Unlikely, maybe, but the wind turbines thing might help.

Thats a fair comment, anyway there's not long to wait now before we know what is or isn't going to happen regarding this situation, no doubt there will be quite a few people waiting for the outcome tommorow with baited breath.
