I agree that the overlap was there but he was sucked towards the ball and didn't even get to the man he thought the ball was going to. It happens to most wingers to be fair so its hard to criticise too much. Other than that I thought he had a good game and brought the ball away strongly. Only a guess, the reason Tom Briscoe was dropped v NZ could possibly be because four first half tries were conceeded on his wing. Could be why Smith and Maquire missed out to.
