I bet they would struggle to name 2 things. I haven't seen any improvement on the field, but it's the lack of obvious structural improvements off it that worry me. The people who think putting new structures in place takes more than 6 months are kidding themselves. The fruits of the changes take longer to show but is anyone 100% convinced these 'structures' have been implemented?

I hoped for a winning season (more victories than defeats) and maybe a play-off win, as signs as progress. Still do, I guess. With 16 points from 17 games it is not impossible. Injuries and our inability to beat the stronger teams very often make it seem unlikely right now.
I don't think we're underachieving massively, at least not consistently - but that is setting the bar pretty low. And maybe (probably) the squad should be stronger - a lot of the deals he's done, for new players and extensions, have not turned out well for one reason or another.
