The online Guardian now has a section devoted to Australian sport. This is both quite interesting if you follow the NRL, but also a bit bizarre for its focus on the AFL. Are there really enough people from Melbourne in the UK to make articles about Aussie Rules worthwhile? And wouldn't they just use Aussie online sports pages?
The big US sports have a following over here. Cricket and the 2 codes of rugby overlap - but AFL coverage?
