It's to be hoped we don't get any decent players then. The derbies are one sided enough with all our journeymen.

Coaches are limited to their resources in terms of getting players to execute a game plan and this is a debate that could go back and forth and I told myself not to waste my week off on here.

All I'll say is, we will finish 8 - 10 points above you this season and if you believe that's purely down to coaching then fair enough, but I certainly don't.

As a snapshot of the teams standings at present he is probably correct but as rovers fans we know the journey back to were we came from(near oblivion) is just a few injuries or a few bad bussiness decissions away, and FC are a couple of wins off returning to form If we had had the bad luck they have had would we have even stayed in Super league? if two of our off season signings had failed to show up would we be in the top half of the table?
