My mate has now admitted to me that although he got the "welcome to Club Rovers" stuff in with his season pass/card, he has not been to the club shop to buy anything and was winding me up about the membership issue. Please accept my apologies, however, the question remains, has there been an administrative blunder with the issue of the passes or not? I guess until someone actually tries to but a shirt or something we will not know.

Does anyone know when we are getting our free books. We registered after the first 2500 but got vouchers for a free season review, was hoping to use them as Christmas presents.

Does anyone know how can I can use my card to get points off play.com? I followed the link and bought something but I didnt get any points so I cancelled it. I'm also gonna spend tons of money on there for Christmas presents so I wanna get the points!

Where can I check my TeamCard points balance?

Click on the ‘card statement’ button within the My TeamCard page. This will take you to your personal account page where you can check your current balance and see the history of your transactions. Please note it may take up to 48 working hours before you see details of your points’ awards. Points remain pending for the duration of the returns period for online transactions (usually 28 days) before being awarded to your account. Until awarded, points cannot be redeemed.
Is there an expiry date on my points?

TeamCard points collected between now and 31st December 2010 will remain valid until 31st August 2011.

Update....i got some dvd's from the Hut, got e-mail that they have been dispatched and now the points are showing on my account.....so get spending

It states on the Rovers site that you should not ring up to enquire why your pass has not been dispatched as this will further slow down the process.lol

But what if they still havent received the pass the day before the first home match?
