That's been my stance all along on this, every player has a value and it has to be taken in context of the whole squad in a salary capped sport. In the modern game 1,6,7 & 9 are your most important players and it stands to reason you should have to pay more for these roles to be covered. I think we would be best served grooming Salter & Heil for right centre and spend the cap money elsewhere - full back perhaps?
