Both. We bring him in and he goes straight into the first team off the plane, clearly unfit, for a few matches. He's then dropped to "work on his fitness". Then gets on the bench but brought on too late in games to make the impact he's capable of. Madness.

Maybe it's a combination of the two rumours, Humberside did say we may be signing two players! Saying that, it is the HDM, maybe they're just trying to sell papers. If true, at least he showed some potential at the back end of the year. I can't see it though, but who knows?

Is he though? He was brought over as a "project" and seems to have done well for you lot and became a bit of a fans favourite. FC then stalled on making an offer to Sam and now they have it doesn't look like it's the best one on the table. What more could he have done to earn a fair deal?

Purely conjecture, of course, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's not far from the truth.
