I was never EVER asked to leave or resign as a moderator. What I said was never a lie or untrue. I quoted what 2 players had said at a wedding event I attended about certain team members refusing to train for John Kear. A couple of weeks later Kear left Hull FC. I left as I should never have divulged the information I was given with two players getting into trouble over my comments. Hence me readilly admitting to being a d1ck at the time and opting to resign.

Crack is easily worse then heroin and would make you rant more. It induces violence and is far cheaper than heroin. Heroin users are actually very benign due to the nature of the drug.

As I've said before you are a commentator rather than a participator on these boards and the planning and construction of your posts means that you are in effect, engineering to upset people which is against the AUP.

For this reason you should be banned from this board permanently because your irritating pattern of posts repeats itself until the usual scenarios reappear.

Look, I know it's inconvenient and embarrassing for some of the smugger Rovers fans to be reminded of previous comments that make them look incorrect after the event, but that's not against the AUP. If you didn't allow that you'd let people say any old stuff like, oh, I don't know, "Fox produces tries no one else in Super League is capable of and shows moments of brilliance not seen since Martin Offiah" and let that go unchallenged when he then doesn't even make a makeshift 24 man England squad less than a year later. It's maybe uncomfortable, but how does it break the AUP? I could post a lot of personal insults made against me by posters who are still on the forum, but you take it for what it is, an inability to make a meaningful argument or defence, so a last resort.
I do comment on things. I've already been asked for predictions for next season, which I've provided, for example. There are many Rovers posters whose posts have a perpetual subtext (often not very subtle) of anti-FCism, so how is that any different?

No, but stating a poster is relishing a players injury, when said poster was at that time completely unaware of said injury, and trolling continously is.

I cannot believe that people are trying to get other posters banned, it says more about them to me. It's only banter and if people don't like it don't respond, it's as simple as that.

I think we've gone far enough in this direction. FWIW, and speaking personally, I see this as the Rovers board for fans who like [usome[/u banter/trolling from Hull fans. Neither constant nor absent - 'some'.

I'm sure Mrs B. can stand up for herself.
Some of her opinions irritate me, mainly the accountancy stuff, but everyone has their own area of expertise.
From what I've read she does have a great grasp of the game on and off the field. She doesn't constantly criticise players on a personal level.
Also her posts are literate, spelling, grammar and punctuation correct, (not essential, but rare on here and the F.C. forum)
I have even found myself agreeing with her on several subjects.

On a lighter note, she has a great eye for the Hunks Thread!

with regards to the east stand development, whats going to happen to the disabled area towards the south end of the ground, my girlfriends 2 disabled cousins are both avid season pass holders in this area. will they just leave it where it currently is or move it as surly people standing towards the front in the new part of the stand will have little or no view of the game, i would presonally like to see the area intergrated in to the stand at the front

There does seem to be a Pavlov's Dogs phenomenon going on here, though, in that whenever I post anything at all it's like ringing a bell and the pack of dogs starts salivating, regardless of whether or not it's contentious and/or uncomfortable. There's a subtle difference between posting aggressively for a reaction (name-calling and personal insults), and being a bit provocative by providing a counterbalance to the generally rather one-eyed smugness that characterises this board (pmh and Mild Rover excepted). Willie Mason is a great example. Since his signature was announced (and the reasonable sprinkling of concerns expressed about him, particularly when he was briefly linked with FC, coincidentally silenced) posts about him have been virtually unanimously positive. And why not - exciting stuff? I post a very recent article (one that seems to have slipped through Roverswall's minute by minute NQC news search, surprisingly) which has direct quotes from Willie saying he's been wrestling whilst out on the lash 100 times, and thinks that locals have a duty of care to avoid any stories that may arise of their team out on said lash leaking out, and Easty's response to this is to call me a man. I'm guessing that was intended in a not very nice way, but if he's an Alpha Male, and let's say that he is for the sake of argument, I take it as a pretty robust compliment. The thread did then get diverted, but as the record shows, the derailment wasn't started by me.
I think you're exaggerating also if you think I derail every single thread. For starters I've not posted on half of them, and where I have, say on the Wilkin one, the comment about him being outpaced by 32 year old prop Andy Coley was a reasonable and quite amusing point and one made by others on other boards. Richard Horne suffered the same a few years back and it became a bit of a standing joke when describing him. I think it just seems that I'm ubiquitous because there is so much consensus and self-congratulation on here that any challenge produces a siren and flashing neon arrow sign with "trouble-causer" on it. There is also no crime in repetition or being boring. If there were, Justin Morgan would require a police escort from his vantage point at the end of games to head off the tedium of his post match media interviews
