Honest & forthright as ever. I have absolutely no issues with our chairman. All the bullcrap being spouted by Gleeson on ter and the myth about Caro finding stuff out at the POTY dinner blown apart. If Hudge isn't speaking the truth I'm sure they will sue him, but he won't be holding his breath.

On ter it states off Sean Gleesons account that he went to some of the games and Hudge blanked him, so it made him feel 'awful', so stopped going.
Grow up Gleeson you fanny. Shouldn't of been on the razz at 4am in the morning.
Well done Hudge for coming clean about some of our so-called proffesional players.

Of course I have an opinion. He saw what was going on and put limited faith in his coach to address it. As it became clear that Sandercock didn't have the man-management skills to deal with the issue, he took action. How that reconciles with your version of "taking the out of him" only you know, but it's how I have seen it unfold over the summer. As someone who deals with difficult people problems on a daily basis, and has to negotiate the employment law minefield, I know that things always look easier to fix from a distance. |

The bit about CS playing up our relative poverty is interesting to me, because I did notice that he and NH put very different spins on that stuff. In fairness to CS, NH does say that we're of a similar size to Cas and Widnes, and I suspect CS meant we don't have the resource of, say, Leeds and Wigan. But, it certainly wasn't the most inspiring rallying cry, as NH points out. |
