Bit quiet on here for the derby. Only real derby in rugby and both sides of to a cracker. Heard rovers have sold out north stand. All have a safe journey. As every derby I am.exited and fearfull in equal measure. What's you take on the match ?

Hull will finish top 6, Rovers will finish bottom 6. A surprise result on Friday might make a small difference within those ranges. Owt can happen over 80 minutes.

Hopefully we show some more signs of growth, following on from initial relief and reassurance vs Wakefield.

Comparing us with Leeds, indirectly, may be more meaningful than the direct comparison with Hull.

i class this as a free hit along with several away games this year,, not caving in and decent defence gives us something to build on , a comfortable hull win for me but it is a derby ,a good test for rovers to see just where we are at,,

The Crooks try was the best I've seen for a fair while. We played very well but that penalty off the post changed the match. Gutted not to have won as felt we had more and better chances but very proud of the performance. Sometimes in life you can give your all and still lose. The lack of real class half back was evident and hooker also but they gave what they had ..

Get Parcell and Garbutt back for Leeds and they should be worried.

They expected a rout from management to the fans. The 2 point's are theirs and we move to next week In honesty we are just looking for mathematical safety as early as possible whilst they aim for trophies but on the night we more than matched them. Both teams have quality players to come back in and i thought ir was a good qyality game overall.

I thought you played well, but what chances did you create, apart from the trys I cant remember thinking you looked like scoring or a clean break that you made.

Saying that with Abdul, Parcell and Garbutt to come back you will be ok big concern has to be the number of injuries Parcell, Garbutt and Quinlan get though.

Had Quinlan stayed on we win. Minchella killed us at hooker when he came on same as last week. Rovers take a lot more positives from that match than FC do with their settled squad but this will be lost on most of your lot.

Leeds next and good chance of 2 points with Parcell returning hopefully.

Encouraging performance from our lads against the self- elected double winners. When an extra 5000 home fans turn up once a year, you can soon spot who considers it a cup final.
