All hypothetical until the board make an announcement over the clubs future, but if they confirm we are to stay full time, which players would you keep if you could?

Overseas:
For me Josh and Maurice. Maybe Campo but the rest can go. Can't see Sio staying regardless.

UK:
Lunt, Minns, Jubb and Greenwood are the only one's I would definately want to hang on to. Dixon might be worth a punt against Champ teams.

Nothing stopping you spending the full salary cap and keeping your squad intact..... if your owner/board can afford it.

True, but until we get official confirmation of plans from the club we can only hope and pray they will continue to fund us. I don't recall anything other than the fact Sheens is going to coach us 'regardless of our SL status'.

As for players there's quite a few who can go. Most of the forwards for a start.

Lunt, Mantalato, Blair, Sio, Greenwood and Minns are top of the shopping list for me. I can't see Sio staying but maybe the others.

We need to give them a little space but time is against us already in terms of recruitment. Why the hell are all contracts null and void when you drop out of SL? I know we still haven't had confirmation we'll stay full time, but as it stands, we are now behind all the Championship clubs as well with little to no chance of getting bck to SL next year, or in years to come.

Unless the board announce something in the next few days and start recruiting, next season is already a write off.

Not sure I agree with the above and think emotions are still playing a part in these comments. Personally I think that if you stay full time, and I'm pretty sure you will, I can see you easily winning the Championship, I won't say go unbeaten as that would be a tall order but it wouldn't surprise me if you did.
As for the other comment re Lunty. Not sure too many clubs will be in for him, he was superb yesterday but doesn't't play like that on a regular basis, he only plays when he wants to.

You should manage to hold of to quite a few players. Kieran Dixon will rip the championship apart just defensively is too weak for Super League and hasn't developed how people thought he would.

Adam Walker will surely find a super league club? He has been immense in the games against us and yesterday. Twice the player he was when at us previously.

All contracts are void if relegated from SL. It's a term placed in contracts. Kevin Brown confirmed it on twitter.

Webster stated in his post match presser that this was the case, which basically means that once the RFL confirm that Rovers are relegated then all players are free agents

Do you think the club should offer supporters the opportunity to buy future season tickets in advance. They could give options to buy 2,3 and 5 years worth of season tickets. This wouldn't solve all of the problems but it may allow to honour some of the contracts until the end of next season?

From my club's experience, this is a baaad idea.
