Looking around the league, there's not much to set the pulse racing. Hull have lost McKinnon, Patten's retiring, Greenshields is off too, not sure what's happening with Webb?
Maybe give Sheriff a run next year, and if he struggles Hall could cover, if we bring in another wing?

Webb's an interesting one MR, it was expected he'd be going to Catalan himself. Now that McDonnell is expected to sign for the Dragons where does that leave Webb? Rovers?

Id be upset if we got Webb or Mathers, both past it.
How bad is moltzen? Bad injury in 2010 came back and played Origin in 2011- cant be THAT bad under the high ball surely? Think he'll get a gig in the NRL though as not that long ago he was off to the Roosters then turned the contract down.

Webb is a mouthy get but I'd give him a 2 year deal this afternoon if he wanted to come. Of course, he won't but its an aspiration. Its a year too early for Sheriff I reckon.

Catalans are ghoing to be mighty disapointed if they think they're replacing Greenshields.

Not that fussed for him to go, my only concern is Mild Rovers' valid point of who do we get to replace him.

I'd like to see us giving Sheriff some proper game time this season now and let Sandercock assess whether he's up to it. We still need cover though.

Sandercock must be chuffed to bits that he gave McDonnell a life line to decent wages. That's professional sport though I suppose.
