He's spot on! Why should some clubs wither and die whilst others are given handout after handout just to tide them over to their next name change.

Basically Neil is telling everyone what they already knew but won't admit it.

I await the queue of Hull fans telling us that Hudge has his "begging bowl" out again, thus fundamentally missing the point that everything he has said in the letter is 100% true.

As the FA found out, before stepping outta' line. It's best to have assurances from other parties, otherwise you'll stand isolated and be the black sheep of the family. Hull will probably share his opinion on this and probably the other two clubs that were against the Stobart deal too. But all I think this has achieved is to put our own club in the spotlight for the wrong reasons.

We can laugh @ the Hull fans getting so wound up by this, just because it's us & more importantly Neil Hudgell, but the same goes for ourselves. Just because it's us and Neil Hudgell does not mean that this was a sensible course of action.

Just read through the thread on the FC board. There are some very bitter and twisted Hull FC supporters across there. The way they talk, you would of thought Rovers had commited henious war crimes against them and Hudge was the leader giving out the orders to do it.

I reckon the Bulls will place the bucket collection on a horse in the National. Just need to find a certainty with odds of 555-1 and their problems are history.

The difference is that other sports have people queuing up to buy clubs. RL does not have these. To me the letter is stating that RL should live within its means and concentrate on stabilising what it has before trying to expand. The phrase 'Run before you can walk' comes to mind.

Well this what I do not understand every-one is getting excited about Fudge and know-one even cares if the Bulls will give us our £1800 back or not...going to pot this forum!
