Hopefully the officials at Hull FC won't have that complacent attitude or you will be back to your appaling performances of 2008 & 2009 where lets be honest you would not have deserved a license in 2011 at the expense of a team who would be more competitive in Super League and not languishing around the old 'Relegation Zone'.

There's more to getting a license than being competative mate,the reasons for our recent failures are well documented.
However you also get points for Facilities, Among the Best in the League.Youth developement,Bringing through youngsters such as ,Tom Briscoe,Craig Hall,Danny Houghton and your very own Josh Hodgeson,also with the likes of Jack Briscoe,reece lynne and Liam Kent being given Pro contracts this year.The upcomming developement of the training facility at the Boulevard soon to be started .Financial security,Posting consistent Profits,Remember those ? Brilliant marketing and retail performance and of course STRONG fan base 9000+ pass holders after the 2 garbage seasons we have had and on those fronts our licence is assured for a long time to come.

That smug, complacent and arrogant attitude amongst some clubs and fans is exactly why automatic promotion and relegation should be brought back, there is no devine right for [uany[/u team to be in [iSuper League[/i, all the franchise system does is allow the licenses be decided behind closed doors to protect vested interests.

It was YOU that stated we wouldnt have deserved a LICENCE mate.all I pointed out is there is more to gaining the said licence than league position.After the two years we have had I think you would be hard pressed to find a Smug Complacent FC fan.Particulaly after having our noses rubbed in it by your own good selves.
Far from being complacent I think the Board have been dynamic in addressing what they saw as the problems and putting things in place to rectify them,and should be applauded,even by people your side of the river because if your own club were being managed to an equivallent standard perhaps you wouldn't be in the situation your in now,Club finances,poor merchandising etc.

Only fans from Hull could turn a query about an internet competition with no prizes, between people who on the whole don't know each other into a full on flame war!
