Hi can anyone help me? are the normal east stand turnstile's open? Last time I went we had to walk round via the west & south side to get in.

They looked finishd at the U16s game last night. Nothing on the club Website. I can't imagine they would want the east stand crowd cutting through the 600 FC fans stuck in the south stand.

Thanks, I have tried ringing the club but have not got through.

It was on the website before the Salford game that the turnstiles would be open again for the derby.

they haven`t responded to someone asking this question on the fb page either... that to me suggests that east standers will again be sent around the back of the south stand again.....a recipe for disaster....

They have just resurfaced the path to the East stand turnstiles.

The north stand is starting to look good. Still not keen on the Red towers. The finish of the area around the stand also looks like it is going to be done to quite a high standard.
Is there some type of water feature planned for the front? there is a large sweeping trench dug in front of the north stand.

That's the castle moat.

What's happening with the towers? Are the lights still going on/in there? Can't say I like the fact you can see the bars through them.

At the U16s game last night it looks like a couple of lights are on the outside pointing at the towers. Not very impressive.

The Takeshi's Castle moat. Slippery wall to go in front of that. Those moaning away fans want a better view they should at least have to work for it

Supporters should note that for the home game against Salford on Sunday, access to the KMS East Stand will be via the Optionis South Terrace.

As part of the ongoing works with the new North Stand the existing East Stand turnstiles have been demolished with new ones currently being installed. As a result, access to the East Stand for the Salford game will be via turnstiles 1-4 of the South Terrace and gate three (located towards the rear of the South Terrace), where tickets will be scanned via a handheld scanner. Access to the South Terrace turnstiles and gate three is from the main stadium car park.

The club apologises in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Access to the East Stand will be via the new turnstiles for the following home game against Hull FC in August.

Cant wait, drive from ripon to Bishopthorpe were me mum iS campin drop kids off, then to ull then drive to-brid pick me kids up then drive back to ripon
