It doesnt say from when have to wait for information to be posted, but got to be good news for the fans and hopefully the club as a pass should in theory become more affordable t more people especially those on a low income, if I remember rightly last year an East Stand Pass over three months cost about £80 so spread over 8 months it should only be about £30 depending on any price increase.

I'd expect a price increase, they've been frozen for about three years now.

Makes good sense to spread the payments over a period of time I think. Like Julie said helps supporters who are on a low income of even out of work. Hull City do a similar thing with their season passes also.

Would make sense. Derby apart, 1,300 is more than enough for every other team. I would hope Rovers sell passes for 2 blocks only though, leaving the possibility of offering more to away teams (4 of the 6 blocks) if demand is there.

re on topic of season pass..

to me this is a couple of years too late in its inception and had they listened before the recession then they might not of lost quite so many of the hard to afford fans... fans had been screaming out for better payment options and at a different time of year than what they had... Christmas was and is one of the most economically challenging times of the year, yet the club always pushed the shirts and passes at essentially the same time at christmas....

i suspect pass prices will be increased slightly again, i also suspect the new payment scheme will follow in the footsteps of car insurance(ie deposit and then 8 payments), however it should open it back up to a few more again....

I also wonder what damage Hullkrtv did to the numbers as it became more economical to pay 35/45 to watch all games rather than 240ish for 13+games

I got told 2 blocks were going to away fans 2 blocks to home fans and 2 blocks for a family area

I wouldn't have even offered season passes for the North Stand. That way we can give Hull the full stand for the derby. Have it as unreserved tickets only. Where inviting trouble for the derbies when If your correct frankie we could potentially have 866 Hull fans 866 family orientated supporters and 866 Rovers fans. Recipe for an incident and a trip to Redhall on failure to control your supporter charges.

Don't believe people would buy Hullkr tv over getting a season pass. The matches are broadcasted on a Tuesday well after you've seen the highlights elsewhere. I'm a season pass holder and a Hullkr tv subscriber and love Hullkr tv but it wouldn't stop me actually attending games.

Easily solved. Make Hulls section of the North Stand a "families only" section. Only make family tickets available to the black and whites for the North Stand. Put the rest of them in he south stand or Well.
I reckon it would help the atmosphere and take the risk of aggravation away.

We mixed the golf stand with Hull and Rovers fans.
Rovers fans were seated in the 2 sections closest the East stand
without any trouble.
