What actually happened: Thousands of vexed off fans came home, after being nilled at Wembley; in what most people perceived as a dire advert for the game, and were reminded that they need to BEL13VE for another season, after all the big talk and promises of this!

Marketing savvy, would have been to wait and see if you won, then send them out! I really hope you don't work in marketing dude, I would fear for the poor company!
