Quote ="east hull FC fan"Forget the rights and wrongs of it, will what Hudgell has said make any difference? No. Does it stir up ill feeling? Yes. Will it help Rovers achieve top eight status having an unsettled player at the club? Probably not.
So what really did he think he was achieving?'"
Neil set the record straight. He obviously felt the need to do this because of the rubbish Mather had said.
If Mather hadn't of been so disrespectful about Rovers or god forbid even had the decency to thank Rovers for helping Mickey become a much better player than when we signed him,(which he has-remember how you fc fans all laughed and rubbished him and Mika???) Then Neil would not have said a word.
And yes it has made a difference because we all now know the truth.
BTW You do not have a clue how Mickey will feel or even if he feels unsettled, He might prefer it to be out in the open for all we know.
