If you read my post properly you will have seen that I actually praised the shop staff. The general problem with ticketing, for such as derby games, etc, which most of us will have experienced, lies above them. They had to rely on laptops IIRC last year! Admittedly some problems cannot be avoided but they do seem to happen all to often. I don't believe I am the first and only person to 'moan' about this, I recall it was raised with Neil Hudgell on a forum or Q&A session and he admitted there were problems in this area that needed improvement
