would be good for us to sign local player next season if we do sign any more player the likes of kirk neth would be a good replacement for fitzy. craig hall could fit it if trained well enough, and would be good to see wilkin back soon but its hard to fit these players in our team as you have to make room and we already have a solid team just a thought what do u guys think??????????

Jon Fallon was going stale in Rovers reserves side earning £50 a week and got nothing in the way of first team seeing several players brought in to play in front of him.

Goes to Championship, has alrerady earnt Thousands and has had two Super League Clubs enquring as to the length of his contract and availablility after that.

The reserve comps are pointless and full of kids who can do much better elsewhere.

They are not a shop window, they are a waste of time.

Simple plan really, feck the Aussies off, feck the reserves off, use the Championships to play fringe players, use the newly formed

under 20's comp for youngsters and use the NCL for fringe Championship players.

I think Beaument would benefit greatly from a loan spell in the championship. The same goes for Liam Welham. It would be good to see them tested at a higher and more physical level.

The problem with loans is that each club has its own way of doing things and in the NL the training isn't quite as intense, if Rich is already getting full time training then he's getting better training than he would at any NL side and giving himself every opportunity to get first team game time at Rovers.
