Quote ="CHURCHILL"Ok we'll take that as a comparison, so Rovers play Rochdale in the NATIONAL LEAGUE PLAY OFF and a crowd of 2420 turn up to watch.
Six years previous to this, Hull FC play Leeds Rhino's at home and attract a crowd of 3523. So now lets compare that to Rovers second season in Super League when playing Leeds and 9391 turning up to see the game.
All this proves is that new stadia, as in the KC, helps to attract new fans, but looking back on our records in Super League, with similar standard stadiums, it seems Rovers are a long way ahead.
You chose a national league play off game against Rochdale for Rovers and a Super League game with Leeds for Hull, 1103 people being the difference between the two figures. You just don't get it do you.

Nobody is doubting that the kc has helped improve our attendances.
I honestly believe that both teams being in superleague has helped improve figures for both clubs.
Yes both teams attendances have been poor in the past
and yours in the 1st few seasons have been better than our in the 1st few season.
Don't understand why you are using the leeds 99 game as an example though what has that got to do with gateshull thundersharks
