To keep players fit, you need to make sure you have like a 4 or 5 star fitness coach, then after a game you need to assign a sports massage to the players in your main squad.

To assign a player to a specialist attribute such as kicking or goal kicking, you need to click and drag the A from the APS next to the coach and drop it onto the player you wish to learn this attribute.

If you place it on the wrong player, I think that you right click on the player and it will be removed.

This will still leave you room for a Developing Potential coach.

How do you get to pick your squad to play a game im struggling.

I keep getting warnings about none of my junior players having attribute coaches assigned to them but the only junior coaches there are are for development potential and you can't assign senior coaches to junior players. It sounds like a bug to me.

Meaning to pick the players? Left click in the box next to their number or name.

Robin, if you have had players injured or something they get removed from the training regime so you have to re-add them. If you also sign new players you need to add them to the training regime.

Anybody please got a fix for this.

I have the same issue with the rasterizer? I have installed directx 9 as suggested on the website, but tthat doesnt resolve the problem. On the website a graphics card issue is mentioned?! It seems odd, as the game is based on Football Manage engine, and that runs fine on the same laptop im having this issue with.

The financial side was doing my head in. I went saints and you are already well over the salary cap and also there are loads of players that you need to re-new the contracts (which you always seem to have to offer a wage increase).

I renewed all the contracts that needed updating and then called a contract meeting - which was supposed to ensure i was under the salary cap. So what happens the next week? It was says I'm over again. I sell a 1st teamer to get under the cap and all seems ok until a couple of weeks later and it says I'm over the cap again???? I must have had about £400,000 in fines.

I also had trouble with the players fitness. I had 2 5 star sports masseurs and after every game I assigned one to the main squad and one to the senior academy (wasn't exactly sure where this was the right thing to do). As for training I had a mixture of 4 and 5 star coaches and then let the computer auto assign them to the players.

All in all I found it frustrating.

yes, but only after you've extended some contracts and hired the trainers.

@Pinball Wizard, No fix yet, and also the engine isn't based on the Football Manager engine, its only the graphics from football manager that are used.


Also, has anybody done this: I signed a big name Aussie player on a three year contract who was a gold star player for free, due to his contract being up. and then i immediately sold him for a million and a half



But this doesn't always work for example I tried it another time two times, the second time I only gave a one year contract, and then the club sold him for £0. And the third time I signed another player who was rated £80k for free, but I couldn't sell him.

else if you haven't installed it and don't know where it is, try downloading again, but this time, right click the download link, and select 'save as' then from the save as menu, select your desktop and click save/ok. - then when it's finished it will be on your desktop, so double click it to install.

And on another computer I get an error message saying
'1152: Error extracting C:\DOCU etc to the temporary location'

The game itself looks awesome which is why it's such a pain that I can't get it working. I'm running XP on both computers.

Im getting the same error message,never had problem with downloading and installing before and i have full permission.Plenty of memory etc...
