What an absolute load of crap ITD is. No questions from the fans and there must have been some following the defeat at Keighley. No mention of the following either.

The indiscipline at Keighley that affected the result.
The ban that Hedges will get and how they propose to fill his position.
The injury to Howden again and isn't it about time he is sorted once and for all.How are they going to fill his position.
No mention of Worrincy.

I don't blame it all on Carl because I think the questioner doesn't ask the right questions.However in this regard I think he is probably told before hand what to ask and what not to ask.

At least Carl states he is not happy about the attitude of the players but why is there a lack of enthusiasm after only one competitive game. For me I again raise the question about Thornton's methods and is it that the players are also not happy with him as a coach.

Well unless I read it wrong, Howden is to limp through the season as best he can until he has an operation in October.

Its like going back 12 months , injuries to key players , problem with the key number 7 position.

I also could not believe it but no questions were sent to me for this weeks ITD.

I sincerely hope you're wrong because if the players have fallen out of love with the coach at this stage of the season we are well and truly in a mess. They must have been convinced he was a person they could work with when they signed their contracts.

Maybe those who were at the Keighley game will have a better idea than I've got but I suspect the team may have got a little complacent when they were leading at half-time and then the momentum went away from us, and we couldn't get back on top of the game afterwards.

I think that we've got enough resolute characters in our team to make sure bad attitudes aren't part of our game. I could well imagine Jamie Thackray and Feka, to name but two, having serious words in people's ears if they thought anyone wasn't giving their all.

Personally I don't expect this to be an issue in the future. Any short-comings we have will be due to other reasons.

Yeah, like lack of talent or sensible direction.

Without naming names, we have signed some nobodies again.

They could have been Charlie Martins, but he's the exception.

Got to say, that although we moan, the dugout thing is a favour to us by Carl and he is not on trial, not in the dock. It should be informative and non-confrontational or Carl will stop doing them.

It must be hard for Carl because I'm sure he probably does feel as though he is in the dock every week.

In The Dugout is a very good feature. I look forward to watching it each week. I wouldn't like to see it disappear.

Not me...I only ever asked one and that was last week about who owned our broadcast rights.

I'd save the Q&A for the fans meetings and just use the dug out to talk about what he wants to talk about and promote what he wants to promote if i were him. it's obvious he reads this forum or the facebook group so he knows what the talking points amongst fans are if he wants to address them

Agree with what Jemmo says better for Carl to give us info re what is happening , let fans contact him directly for any questions .

Like all the info that's coming out about Tonks,Hanson and Worrincy for example.

The question that was asked was sent to me but the fan wanted to stay anonymous and thats what i try to do when asked to deal with it that way.

I do try and get your questions asked and answered when they are sent.

I also like to watch in the dug out and think it is a positive from the club that we do get extra information given to the fans.

I think everyone should supply their proper name when submitting a question. We don't want to lose this important aspect of keeping contact with the club. We can't allow the people who don't want to be accountable for their questions to spoil it for the rest of us or make Carl feel as though he's banging his head against a brick wall having to fend off silly questions.
