| Tatty Feeld , RH is part time at Doncaster so needs a day job , give the guy a break .
I am not here to defend all the management decisions but being critical of Richard is a bit much !
Lets get real the majority of the players are not good enough !!!!!

| Quote ="RLRugbyFan"I personally think that Horne should stick with the team that got Donny to the super 8s and stop changing the team round so much! We missed some key players today. Our middle were not strong at all and missed quite a few tackles, no disrespect to Horne but I don't see why Carl Hall didn't just leave Pete Green and Rhys Lovegrove in charge until the end of the season as the team looked like they were starting to gel and played some good rugby hence the back to back wins!'"
Totally agree, Pete & Rhys should have been left to carry on their good work.

I agree with Weighman.
The experience Richard Horne is getting from being involved at Hull must be of benefit to both him and Donny.
The squad he has taken over was Gary Thornton's squad. I think we all know the recruitment of players for this season was poor. We've struggled accordingly all season.
The real issue is how the club keep the fans onside for next season and whether they show a real intent to get us out of this league. Wanderer's quote is very appropriate:
Quote ="Wanderer"Carl said on ITD, quite correctly, that the club had not achieved it's targets this season. Today must count as a further failure.
I therefore look forward to statements from the Club on how future targets are to be met before the support-base all but disappears?'"

| I can only see positives coming from Richard Horne's continuing association with Hull FC.
Surely the spin offs from someone with current Super League standards can only rub off on the team eventually. Whether Club Doncaster are prepared to back him with a suitable budget next season remains to be seen.
This season's team haven't been up to scratch and we had too many non-performers yesterday (no names but I think we know who). These were clearly before RH's involvement.
I'm effectively writing off this season and pinning my hopes on a good close season with RH in control in preparation for 2018.
Ever the optimist....

| I am sure Hull have said they will only loan players to championship clubs next season . I can understand their reasoning as it is a tougher competition .
Would rather we go alone & RH is given a full time contract .
What does concern me is the crowds next season if we are in C1. 501 for a top 8 match is shocking .
I donot think I will buy a season ticket early for next season , will wait to see who we sign !

The way he ghosted through their defence for the Dons first try reminded of a certain Mr Kemp, that was the highlight of a first half that was shocking.
I bet Keighley wish they could play us every week and they were, IMO well deserved winners.
I worked out that during a thirty minute continuous period (time open to argument) of that first half we did not complete a set of six, terrible at any level. Poor line speed apart from when we had to defend our try line and shocking tackling technique. Lots and lots to work on to keep the score down at Barrow.

He picks the team and takes responsibility. Sherrif is a better full back than Carr because he runs the ball out of defence with enthusiasm and is Jones any better than Jones-Bishop for example?Get real and come to terms with the fact that his current team selection has to be questioned.

| Tatty Feeld I got real a while ago thanks very much , I know we are a mid table side . I do not see what goes on at training etc.
You said RH dropped two players incorrect if we can assume the guy who told me they were unfit was right , anyway why would he not tell the truth .
I agree with somethings you say with regard LS anyway TC will probably give way to the French lad v Barrow.
Hope you enjoy your Rugby Union at Armthorpe Rd.

| Quote ="Tatty Feeld"Jones looked weak in defence. Dropped Tali and played Rawsthorne in the centre instead of on the wing, picked Muranka instead of Westerman and put Dean back at stand off bringing back Carr who is not playing well. Questionable decision making that does not look good for the future. Most of all,how can he give 100% to Doncaster when he's still coaching at Hull?I assume you noted he was at Radford's side taking notes at the semi on Saturday.'"
Just for your information RH didnt drop Tali, his wife has been hospitalised for the last 2 weeks and has only just been allowed home and Westerman pulled out prior to the game, so thats why changes were made by RH.

Get rid of the OAP deadweights and invest that money in slightly younger players and construct a realistic three-year plan.

I'm not sure but I'd guess Sam Doherty was 5 and Ritchie Barnett was 2. I don't think it was Louis Sheriff as I seem to recall him having a higher number. Just guessing though....

Of course, LS is 22... twice as good as a number 2!
I like Louis. He's a 100% player.

| Sorry Alan neither of those clubs. The club was Carlisle and the player who's face you can see is Colin Armstrong who went on to play for Hull K.R.
I really must get a life.

Crikey, Carlisle. I do remember the group of Carlisle supporters being more vocal than most other fans to visit Tattersfield, they were more like football fans.

| Josh Lynam (Keighley ) has been charged for punching in the game last Sunday .
The RFL are to get extra seats installed at Red Hall for Keighley players .
