On paper, it looked like a tough game. Well done to everyone today. It was a first rate performance all round.

Brett Waller and Mark Castle really punched some big holes. I don't really want to single anyone out though as it was a great team performance.

80 minute performance from the Dons today. Well done to all the players, Dave Scott was a more than able replacement for Stu Sanderson .
We gave Haven nothing.

Based on that performance I genuinely don't understand how they are (or were - I haven't checked the table) in the top six as they just couldn't keep hold of it - a lot of those errors were unforced. If I was Ronnie I'd feel a bit aggrieved - every time he gave them a gift they literally threw it back at him. Wasn't surprised by all the forward passes though, when I was watching Haven practice them in the warm up.

That being said well done Dons and another good performance at home (shame about the crowd).

Said yesterday we would struggle throughout the season weve lost seb martins , rodney pora now jessie joe 3 of the squad players have gone back to amateur level one of which was on the bench today after playing for maryport yesterday to make us field 17 men a couple of players where carrying knocks but thats no excuse its our own fault we never replaced them players been relying in my opinion on the saints players and as you seen today we where not too good today without them anyhow hopefully see you at the recre in the playoffs if we finish 6th and 7th

Gotta say he had a great game and a fine boot......to boot!! Thought Waller was pick of the pack, shame he had to go off with a bloody nose, looked like he still had some left in the tank but every player put in a great shift today.

They played together, for each other, you could feel that they wanted the win and nobody was gonna stop em! Fantastic effort!!

Incidentally, I stopped to give the lads some vocal high fives and missed the bus.
