Its close i grant you, but we are getting to the stage where a bonus point may not be enough. Poor performance today by all accounts , and the run of away games is a worry for me. If we are adrift and playing catch up it puts the pressure on. Next week is a must win .

We are in queer street with four out of the next 5 games apart from the rearranged York game being away and then Leigh at home.

Poor performance in poor conditions! Merrick was his usual awful self! Didn't help matters at all! Usual players put the effort in and seemed to be the only ones interested. Butts Kes grant Cooke and spurry! Maybe some of the others want to start taking note and get some passion for the team! A few just don't look interested at all.

Considering we are bottom of the division we are holding together well.
I am surprised Waller and a few others haven't gone somewhere else.
But as yet, no!
The players need to unite and not jump ship.
We are not half way through the season.
Next week needs to be a strong performance to cheer everyone up.
If we can't beat Keighley comfortably then we deserve to be out of this division.

This weekends game is massive, I don't think the fixtures for the first half of the season have been kind to us, but the final third to a half is where we have to shake off our current form and start again.

After this weekend we don't have another home game until July (rearrangements not withstanding) which is not going to help us either. It's not time to panic yet, but time to think about what we need to do if the need for panicking arises.

A win can move us up three places, 2 wins can get us knocking in the play offs. We just need that targetted fixture to come, and this weekend is it

You're not wrong, the first 10 games played (of 26 fixtures) included all the Big Five. In theory, as long as we keep players and don't lose confidence, it has to get slightly easier. Whilst nothing can be taken for granted a number of the remaining fixtures should be targeted as 'winable' - starting with Keighley on Sunday.

There is a difference between Loan & Dual Reg. Loan should be for an agreed prriod.

Only just got back from our weekend away so not been able to comment on the match till now. On the very few occasions we tried to throw the ball about we caused them problems and scored tries or made good yards.So what did we do , started playing one out stuff and straight into Havens hands. When the bonus point was looking out of our grasp with about 10 minutes to go we started to play then and scored again and were caused them bother.

For me it was points lost and not for the first time I drove away from Whitehaven really disappointed. Haven were average at best and we were worse in my opinion. Some people will say the conditions were not conducive for fast through the hands rugby but i say thats rubbish. We should have had a go at them and gone to win the game.
