I assume the same as when similar happens at other clubs, squadbuilders aren't new, its just this has been the catalyst to restart ours. People will inevitably come and go, hopefully more will come if the benefits are seen on the pitch

I haven't heard of them since sl started (in my ignorance) is the pledge paid up front or monthly direct debits?

Most people will pay monthly I'd guess, although a few have donated a wedge now instead, particularly if they're companies. I suppose there is always a risk if everyone pulled out at the same time, but everyone who has pledged are Dons fans and, I'd presume, wouldn't want to put the club under that pressure

This is a commitment, granted not a legal one, but more importantly, one of honour.
Anyone who would stop their direct debit for any other reason than necessity would be dishonourable, even if Paul turns out to be a turkey (which I doubt).
To do so would jeopardise the club.

He says a month before he will be playing, so his fitness levels must be good considering how long hes been away.

Should be fit for the Rail Cup then !

I'm sure all Dons' fans have got a spring in their step at the moment. Well done to all supporters, and the club for making this happen.

Thanks also to Paul for coming to play for us.

Although Paul's not going to be playing on Sunday, it would be great if he was there and maybe did a half-time interview for the fans.

It perhaps wouldn't be a bad idea if the club tried to sign up a few more people to the SquadBuilder scheme on Sunday by issuing forms on the day and for Ray Green to do a good promotional job on the microphone! Over to you Ray!
