She said that the Dons had asked about putting a supporters database together from ticket sales (as they had done for the Rovers).

If it took you and Jemmo 1 minute each to purchase a ticket---
So
700 tickets at a minimum of 1min per/ticket=[u [size=13411 Hours 40mins[/size[/u
Even if there were six ticket outlets--it would take [u [size=1341Hr 56 mins each[/u[/size
and thats assuming the stadium already has the details of all of those 700 fans
Wouldn't want to be at the back of that queue
I'm sure/hope it won't take that long--but on 1minute per/ticket it most certainly will.

| does anyone know what time the ticket office opens on sunday.i guest theirs no point going down early sat/dy with the rovers at home.ive had a season ticket for the last 3 years,but this year most of my weekend shifts fall on home games,and this is what they do to me.im a bit miffed.

| This was tried before and was a complete failure in more ways than one.If it is going to take as long as suggested it will put people from coming and will do nothing to encourage stay away supporters to return it is virtually as bad as only having one turnstile open.If teams like Featherstone have trouble getting in for N R cup games they are not likely to return for LEAGUE games could be another recipe for disaster for the club

1) why supporters cannot pay on the gate
2) Why I should I give my personal details for the sake of buying a ticket
3) What use are my details to the club as apart from when Batley are playing there I cannot think of any other reason I would visit the keepmoat stadium.
4) what will they do with any information I pass on to them (thinking of the Data Protection Act).

1) Neither do I.
2) Its the way the ticketing system works for the Football Club, there doesn't seem to be any change in the way the system works for the rugby.
3) Agreed.
4) Contact the Data Controller at the Keepmoat, see what they say.

I am not sure they are after away supporter information. But they are caught up in the scramble.

| I am not happy with the new system but I queued and bought 1 senior concession and 2 adult tickets paid my money and were given the tickets no questions asked not even required to show proof of senior citizen.Like some others first time without season ticket but probably have to miss at least 2 games so no real benefit.
Did notice tickets could be bought on line up to 7 days before but not sure if that was only for the footy.
