My thinking is that once potential season ticket buyers see, during the friendlies, what a good squad we have, they will want a season ticket (but not at full price).
Whereas they won't have wanted to buy a pig in a poke pre Christmas given our recent history.
I think we could sell another 200 ...
One problem is that the funding is in place whatever the sales.
So the impetus is reduced.
Whereas, if that was my business say, I would be busting a gut to achieve 1000.
The players would be selling the tickets in Donny Market ... and anywhere.
