 so i dont think signing these players was a mistake if it improves standards

Sorry to go on, but don t you get fed up with how things have been done & how people have been treated in the past and unfortunately recently.
This is the time to step up to the plate with a Supporters Trust and run the club between us to promote young Doncaster players and give them the opportunity to play for their home town club.

What would be the template for a club run by a supporters trust and how would it be financed, who would have the final say in matters and how would a club official who was not up to the job be removed from office.
Only asking because i'm sure it would take a lot more looking after than just a supporters club.
